Cancellation & Refund Policy

* Orders for ready-made products may be cancelled before they are shipped.

* Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

* Advance payments made for custom or bespoke orders may be non-refundable.

* Refunds are only issued in approved cases at the discretion of ZHR Performance.

* If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery with clear supporting evidence.

* Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by ZHR Performance.

* Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
